The LRT Tin Shui Wai new line will be in service in Sept, 2003. Meanwhile,
its contractor, Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited, is busily constructing
the track so that they can handover the site to the KCRC for test runs.
Our members, Henry Tang, Wong San Loi and Tony Lou observed the process
of the track construction work in June, 2003.
