For application of membership, you may download the Application Form to fill in all blanks. Please e-mail the completed form to us at contact<at>hkrs.org.hk or post to our official address as below.

All applicants should be 14 years old or above. After receiving the applications, we will issue a meeting notice by e-mail. Membership fee should be paid during the first attendance of meeting. The annual fee $50 for students and $100 for adults. Half fee will be collected from new applicants every January to April. Expiry date for membership will be in May. All members should renew their membership in May of every year.
